Sacred Heart School is 40!
SACRED HEART SCHOOL IS 40!
This year Sacred Heart Catholic School, Merry Hill Road, Bushey will be celebrating its 40th birthday. We are delighted to be linked this year to the Bushey Festival, with our school birthday fete as the opening event on Saturday, 3rd July at 12 noon – 4 p.m.
Please come and join us for a traditional school fete with plenty of fun things for all the family. There will be tug of war, bouncy castle and slide, bottle tombola, live fire engine display, stocks (great for Dads!), face painting, Irish dancing display, kids’ tattoos, smash and crash and lots more. Refreshments will include a hog roast, fantastic Norfolk ice-creams, home-made cakes, barbeque, and the ever popular Pimms tent.
Entrance is £1 for adults, children free.
We are also staging an art exhibition, on the same day, in the parish centre of Sacred Heart Church, London Road and in the school hall. This exhibition is in collaboration with Harrow Open Studios and features the work of local artists. Entry is £2.50 and includes both church and school hall exhibitions and entry to the fete.
