Rosebery Road Car Accident last Week

Someone ran into my Mitsubishi Colt last week and badly damaged the driver's door. This is my first car and because the person did not stop to report the accident, I cannot claim on my insurance. I live in Rosebery Road and the car was parked at the bottom of the road. If you were the person who skidded on the ice and ran into my car then please contact me as I am not working and can't afford to get the car repaired.
